Austin Lawrence Partners (ALP) is a nationally recognized, privately owned real estate development firm with over 32 years of experience in real estate acquisition, development, property management, asset management, research, interior design, marketing and sales.
Since its formation in 1983, the company has developed a diverse portfolio of over 30 assets totaling over three million square feet, including more than 2,000 multi-family units, across the United States. While specializing in multi-family residential, ALP has experience in development across multiple asset classes including single-family, office, retail, land development/subdivision, historic preservation, and mixed-use.
In addition to receiving several industry and community awards, all of ALP’s assets have positively impacted the cities and communities that they’ve been a part of. This community-oriented, strategic approach to each project has provided opportunities to fill a niche through unique offerings within neighborhoods that otherwise wouldn’t have been served.

Christian Mundigo founded Ackert Hook Holdings following broad international and US leadership experience in finance, having held senior positions in New York, Tokyo and London. During his 25 years in the fixed income, currencies and derivatives markets, he has developed and transformed global businesses, optimized business practices and methods, while strategically positioning to achieve growth objectives and long term competitiveness.
Prior to Ackert Hook, Christian was the co-Head of Fixed Income, Americas for BNP Paribas and a member of the Fixed Income Executive Committee, the CIB North America Regional Management Committee, and the Advisory Board to Banco BNPP do Brazil. In this capacity he provided business leadership to over 500 front office employees in the Americas whose revenues were in excess of 1B$.
Christian has been an equity partner in ALP since 2008 and has held integral roles as an equity member, creditor, operating and financing advisory for One City Center. He continues to develop those roles further in the future Durham Unscripted Hotel and Idaho projects as they move forward. Christian owns and manages several mixed used properties in VT and upstate NY. He currently is redeveloping his own portfolio of properties in NY and Brooklyn.
