Construction Update: October 2017

Glass continues to be installed throughout the podium as well as the residential tower – there is now glass all the way up to the 20th floor! Masonry installation is ongoing around the podium, including the reconstruction of the historic facades on Parrish and Main St, and is expected to be fully completed shortly. The future residential units are being framed as we speak; in addition subcontractors are installing the mechanical and electrical rough-ins throughout the tower.
