Durham Construction Update :: November 2016

Winter is coming, but that doesn't mean construction is slowing down in Downtown Durham. One City Center's foundation has been poured and the ground floor of 28 stories is beginning to take shape.

Below are photos from the One City Center construction site taken on November 18, 2016. The concrete underground parking deck has been built. Crews are now preparing to pour the first concrete slab above the future ground floor and retail space. Crews are forming and pouring columns, installing shoring and laying rebar for pouring the concrete slabs.

With each passing day and every concrete slab poured, we get more excited and inspired about the future of Downtown Durham NC. One City Center is going up fast, so we'll be sure to keep you updated along the way.
